Over 500 young people expressed their commitment with Tzedakah Youth by attending the solidarity night held at Metropolis Films. The board of Tzedakah Youth raises funds for the Housing Area. The live presentation of the event was in charge of Sebastián Wainraich and Gabriel Schultz (Argentinian TV show hosts), who with humor and comic sense reproduced the format of the programme TVR related to the Uruguayan Jewish life. The show had the participation of the following special guests: Lic. Orlando Pettinatti, journalist Darío Klein and publicist Lic. Pipe Stein. The band ‘Cursi’ closed the event with their music.
It was a different night, a happy and moving experience for those attending the event who became aware of the work carried out by the Foundation and the difficult situation endured by hundreds of families from our Community.
