The work Insertion Program favors the development of skills and knowledge —social and work related skills— that shall contribute to poor people’s insertion in the labor market while providing them with social services to help them be active citizens
This program implements different strategies which focus on the following aspects:
individual assistance;
involvement in workshops that provide employment counseling and contribute to the development of the individual;
specific training to facilitate employment or self employment.
Based on the conditions of the beneficiaries we help them start their own small business or self employment experience through the implementation of the following actions:
providing institutional, technical and financial support;
assessing their business plan and facilitating access to small reimbursable loans as may correspond;
providing permanent project follow-up through an appointed voluntary “tutor” who will support the entrepreneur together with the technical team throughout the process.
